Hallowell (white paws) and Jellicle on their E40 tree. They're Maine Coon brothers, went off our scale at fifteen pounds. On a typical day they come downstairs after breakfast. Roughhouse all over the house, including up and down their tree, then sleep in the tree. Repeat after lunch and repeat after dinner. They just turned one year so we're hoping for gentler times after their teenage years. Their immediate predecessor was an older gentleman our daughter got off the streets when she was stationed in London. Looked to be at least part Scottish Fold. He liked reading and watching TV, which suited our seventy-plus years.

It has been six months since I received my custom cat tree, so I decided I was overdue in sending you a picture (or two). My cat tree stayed empty for about 20 minutes after the delivery. Then one by one all three cats made their way over to check it out. Within the hour, all three were climbing all over it, and they have been mauling it ever since.

The only problem I have is with the top perch. The things my three do to each other to claim the top perch have to be seen to be appreciated. Tigger (the big gray), the first to lay upside down in the top with his head and feet hanging over the edges. Tribble (black and white senior cat) likes nothing better than to climb up on top of Tigger and stand on him until he moves. Then she settles down for a nap. Midget (the smaller Tortie) likes to stand under the top and reach around pulling on the feet, tail, whatever, since Tigger can't reach her unless he moves.

Obviously, my three are very happy with the tree (as am I). The colors blend perfectly with my living room, too. I have received so many comments and compliments on the tree. I recommend you all the time!

I received my P3 cat tree on February 8, and I had to write and tell you how pleased I am.

I called before Christmas to ask some questions about the cat trees. From that very first call you were patient, courteous and interested in my specific needs. Your company is one of the few mail order companies that has ever told me you needed to ask me some questions about my cats first because some of the trees are better than others for bigger cats.

When I expressed interest in a combination of blue and cream berber carpeting, you told me that blue berber was not always available, but you would call in that day and tell them to hold some if it came in. I understood and said all cream would be fine -- but sure enough when it arrived -- it had blue and cream berber!

You also told me you were heavily back ordered by then and it might not come until early February. I was pleasantly surprised in the last week of January when you called to tell me it was done and being shipped the next day. You offered to give me the PRO number so I could check when it would arrive locally. Again, true to your word, you called back two days later with the PRO number.

I sincerely appreciate your commitment to excellence, quality and your integrity -- everything you said you would do, you did! So I would gladly recommend your company and your products to anyone.

Two more things you kept your word about. When I talked to you on the phone I said my 12-year-old cat probably wouldn't be able to climb to the top but she would like the tunnel and the first perch. You said that she might because your 14-year-old cat loved to go to the top. I have enclosed 2 pictures so you can see -- my 12-year-old tabby is on the very top perch! And my Norwegian Forest cat is in the pagoda.

The other picture shows one of my 12-year-old's favorite perches. She acts like the queen of everything from there! The other thing is that your cat trees are like cat magnets -- my Norwegian, Shalom, was climbing up from the bottom as I tried to unwrap the plastic.

It's time to purchase another one since the competition for the one we have is fierce. The natural wood is a favorite scratching place and has eliminated the need to declaw some of our cats.
