My cats have been enjoying their tall cat tree for nearly a year now. It was the most luxurious gift I've given them thus far, and the most pampering. It's also the safest. One couldn't knock it over if they tried -- not without considerable effort.

When it first arrived in the cardboard box, the container had a hole in the bottom. My curious little yellow tabby climbed through the hole and began checking out the tree even before I got it unpacked. It's nice and sturdy and heavy, and they make good use of the sisal scratching post (one leg).

I'm sending your latest catalogue to a friend of mine who has 5 cats. My kitties have all they need, now, and since your product will last a lifetime, I won't need to order another anytime soon.

Some months ago we purchased cat tree model P12 from you. We started to thank you right away, but then thought we would see how it held up over time, and report to you. We are glad to say it is wonderful, and Nelson and Andrena still love it! They spend hours per (!) day playing on it, climbing on it, and often sleep side by side on the top perrch (perch). They were about four months old when we bought it, and are 10 months old now. The cat tree has been great exercise and no doubt does improve agility, coordination and speed! - also climbing ability.

Cats always want to climb on things - whether they are graceful or not. We used to worry about Nelson because he had trouble climbing, then jumping down. After a week on the kitty tree, his coordination and strength had really improved, and so had his self-confidence. He is about 14 pounds now, and for such a big "kitten", he is incredibly graceful. Andrena is 10 pounds. She likes to climb and run at top speed. Now she is so graceful and light on her feet, (or paws!) she looks like she is flying.

The cat tree is also very strong, and sturdy, and you're right, it won't tip over. I'm 102 pounds, and I pushed and tugged on it myself, trying to tip it over and couldn't. That really is good to know, seeing our cats chase each other up one side and down the other, hang from it, and do all sorts of cat-acrobatics. Sometimes they even do some sort of cat summersaults that I can't even describe (and the tree never moves!). It is amazing how well the carpet has held up; how nice it still looks. Easy to clean; we vacuum it with a soft-brush attachment. If I see hair on it between times. I just brush it with a soft bristle hair brush. (Our kittens think this is great fun also. They help me, too. They take turns whacking at the brush, or simply lay down on the brush-or my hand. When I beg for mercy - that's 32 lbs of cat on my hand - they give me, and each other, a wide eyed blank stare, as if they have no earthly idea what my problem could possibly be. And for all that, they still won't let me play on the cat tree too!).

It is very attractive and matches the color scheme of the room purr-fectly! What a selection you offer! And the craftsmanship is excellent. We also appreciate the fact that even the inside of the tunnels and "huts" etc. are carpeted. We've seen so many that don't have any carpeting or anything soft - on the inside. What good is that? It's only half-finished. What cat would want to lay on hard wood, or dirty, smelly, cardboard that you can't even clean?

As I see it, our pets are part of the family, and best friends. They give us un-ending, loyal, unconditional love; they only want a chance to love, and be loved. Of course, we need to take good care of them; and why not give them the best. At first, we worried a bit about "all of the money" we were spending on a cat tree, but then realized that if we were going to have cats at all, we should do our best for them. We take pleasure in knowing we are taking good care of them; and are rewarded by having loving, healthy, happy cats. (who can also be rambunctious, can fly through the house and land on any thing they want without hardly ever breaking anything, and who get the evening crazies and zooms in the morning instead of at night.)

It is obvious that your company really does care and does take great pride in its fine products and excellent craftsmanship.

Our cat tree came Thursday, and I wanted to let you know how much we all like it. For myself, I found it to be very well made. It is so sturdy, has no sharp edges, the carpeting is so well attached, and the sisal rope is much better than what we have here. Ours is prickly to touch, but yours is much softer. The colors are lovely and it fits so well in the room. The perches look very comfortable.

Our cats love it, too. My little boy has completely taken it over and won't let either of his two sisters near it when he is around. It was obvious from his first attempt to climb the tallest post that he'd never climbed anything before. He only used his front legs dragging his back ones along. But, the second time he tried it, he used all four. When one of his sisters succeeded in getting near it, she was able to stretch her whole length up to scratch, which is what I expected she wanted to do but was unable to on the much shorter post we already had.

I also appreciate all the information I received on the phone and sending out carpet samples twice. It was worth the wait. So, you have five happy customers. Thank you for a well-made product. Your catalog was very well done also.

I cannot tell you how pleased my husband and I are with the cat tree we ordered from Angelical Cat Company! No only is it built like a rock, but it's just beautiful! Our two kitties (named Kitty #1 and Kitty #2) are also very pleased and they insisted that I write to tell you so.

Also, to the gentleman that helped me on the phone with my order, thank you for your patience through my indecisiveness (which one and what colors?), and with your help in walking me through every step of the ordering process. It was also a pleasure talking about the "company kitties" and actually getting to see them in your brochure.

I work with a number of other kitty lovers and have photocopied your brochure many times and have even sent it to some of our staff in the Chicago corporate office! When someone raises an eyebrow about the prices, I let them know that I've had one of your trees for at least seven years, and it is still as sturdy and attractive to my kitties as the day I received it. The price is well worth the quality of work involved in any one of the pieces you make. I also point out that you provide a number of price ranges. In addition, the tree provides a wonderful diversion to the couch, chair, etc. for scratching purposes, and the pleasure we receive from watching them tumbling and playing is worth it to us.

One additional note. The driver of the ABF Freight System truck was as pleasant and helpful as he could possibly be. He dropped the very thoroughly wrapped tree off in our garage after trying to get it into the house. It was just too wide with all the carpet and exterior wrapping which was no problem once my husband came home and we unwrapped it together while the kitties watched anxiously of course. One additional Kudo--he was timely. The freight company said they would be at my home before 10 a.m. and they were (9:40 to be exact). Great service! Then we stood around for 5 minutes and talked about our favorite subject--kitties! Great driver!
