Carpeting
You can select up to four different carpet colors -- the color for the base, leaves, and top leaf, the trunk, the walls of the tree house, and the roof of the tree house. You can select the same color for more than one part, if you wish.

This tree comes with an upper-most Tree House. You can replace the top Tree House with a Pagoda for an additional $45.

Decorative Motif
You can choose a decorative motif for no additional cost. The motif is added to the front of a house, cabin, pagoda, pueblo, or park bench (whichever applies to your particular item). The carpet colors used in the motif complement your primary color choices and are determined by the designer. Most people select a motif.

Inside Delivery:
I request that the truck driver help me or my representative(s) bring the tree inside the front door of my house. I also understand that the truck driver will need assistance to lower the tree off the truck. Depending on location, there may be a charge for this service.

Outside Delivery:
I will accept delivery of the tree outside where the tree is taken off the truck. I also understand that the truck driver will need assistance to lower the tree off the truck.
