Carpeting
You can select up to four different carpet colors -- the color for the base, leaves, and top leaf, the trunk, the walls of the cabin, and the roof of the cabin. You can select the same color for more than one part, if you wish.

Decorative Motif
You can choose a decorative motif for no additional cost. The motif is added to the front and sides of the house and cabin. The carpet colors used in the motif complement your primary color choices and are determined by the designer.

Tree House and Cat House
This tree comes with an upper-most Tree House and a lower Cat House. You can replace the top Tree House or the lower Cat House, or both of them, with a Pagoda for an additional $45.

Inside Delivery:
I request that the truck driver help me or my representative(s) bring the tree inside the front door of my house. I also understand that the truck driver will need assistance to lower the tree off the truck. Depending on location, there may be a charge for this service.

Outside Delivery:
I will accept delivery of the tree outside where the tree is taken off the truck. I also understand that the truck driver will need assistance to lower the tree off the truck.
