Carpeting
You can select up to four different carpet colors -- the color for the base, leaves, and top leaf, the trunk, the walls of the cabins, and the roof of the cabins. You can select the same color for more than one part, if you wish.

Decorative Motif
You can choose a decorative motif for no additional cost. The motif is added to the front of a house, cabin, pagoda, pueblo, or park bench (whichever applies to your particular item). The carpet colors used in the motif complement your primary color choices and are determined by the designer. Most people select a motif.

Top Tree House
This tree comes with an upper-most Tree House. You can replace the top Tree House with a Pagoda for an additional $45.

Leaves
You can convert the leaves to 14-inch beds for $40 each. Leaves are converted to beds from top to bottom, left to right.

Inside Delivery:

I will accept delivery of the tree outside where the tree is taken off the truck. I also understand that the truck driver will need assistance to lower the tree off the truck.
