Petite Cedar Cat House
Our Petite Cedar Cat Houses are made from the best quality, longest-lasting cedar -
western red cedar. Maintain with wood protectant every few years and it will be the last outdoor house you
will ever need to buy - unless you get more cats.
Only galvanized screws are used so they do not rust and cause those ugly rust
stains. Furthermore, your house won't fall apart because the screws won't rust and break.
Features include:
- All houses are built one at a time by experienced craftsmen.
- Diagonally braced 2 x 2 framing construction makes these pet houses structurally superior
to other houses.
- The floor framing is pressure treated lumber so the unit can be placed directly
on the ground if desired.
- The roof is removable for easy cleaning. This
also makes it easy to observe and care for new litters.
- All houses include a door made of clear heavy-duty vinyl flaps that has been
pre-installed for you. It is easily removed if so desired.
- All houses come as seven pre-assembled panels, pre-drilled with the necessary screws
and instructions for easy assembly.

Pet Mat
The mats are made from closed cell foam rubber which means that fleas cannot penetrate them. They offer comfort, great lateral support and are ergonomically correct. And, they're dust free, washable, anti-fungal and non-allergenic. To learn more, read the section on

Thermal Insulation

Internal Thermal-Ply insulation is pre-installed inside the floor, ceiling and walls. To
ensure long term durability from chewing and clawing, the insulation is protected by a
lightweight mahogany plywood liner. It cannot be seen once installed.
Note: Insulation is NOT an add-on option. It must be purchased at the same time as the
Pet House - it cannot be added to the Pet House once you have received the Pet House.
Porch and Deck Kit
For additional protected lounging space, add the Porch and Deck Kit. Made from Western Red Cedar, it easily attaches to the front of the Cedar Pet House.
