The scratch pad arrived yesterday, just when you said it would, and our 7 month old kittens love it. Bella sharpened her claws on one of the boards in less than one minute after it was unpacked. The pads are angled perfectly for stretching and clawing. Bella is the torbie, Mitzi is the black and white one. Bella has one extra toe on each front paw, Mitzi has two extra toes on each of her front paws, so they really need a place to sharpen all those claws. They love the texture of the sisal carpet on the boards, and also use the plush-carpeted center post.

All the pictures of happy cats on your high quality products helped me make the decision to purchase. Maybe the pictures of Bel and Mitz will do the same for someone else. I can't wait until the tree we ordered gets here.
