I purchased a cat tree that I am sure is from you; it looks identical to the Rustic Large, P5. I bought it somewhere around 10 years ago at the Purina invitational cat show in St. Louis. It was somewhere around $500 -- $600 delivered to our house by you. It is very, very heavy.
Anyway, it is the greatest cat tree, still looks almost like new except for a tree limb is splitting a bit, not a lot though. I have three cats now, did have four up until two years ago. Even my old guys can still sleep in the upper pagoda or cradle!
I have bought several other cat trees and they are nice, but don't even come close to the quality of yours, or have they aged as well. They were in the $300+ price range, but some of the parts are kind of wobbly with time. Not yours, still as solid as a rock wall!
Since the tree appears identical and around the same price, I figure it has to be one of yours. If I get another cat tree, it will certainly be from you.
Just wanted to let you know what a great product you make.

I cannot tell you how pleased my husband and I are with the cat tree we ordered from Angelical Cat Co.! No only is it built like a rock, but it's just beautiful! Our two kitties (named Kitty #1 and Kitty #2) are also very pleased and they insisted that I write to tell you so.
Also, to the gentleman that helped me on the phone with my order, thank you for your patience through my indecisiveness (which one and what colors?), and with your help in walking me through every step of the ordering process. It was also a pleasure talking about the "company kitties" and actually getting to see them in your brochure.
I work with a number of other kitty lovers and have photocopied your brochure many times and have even sent it to some of our staff in the Chicago corporate office! When someone raises an eyebrow about the prices, I let them know that I've had one of your trees for at least 7 years and it is still as sturdy and attractive to my kitties as the day I received it and that the price is well worth the quality of work involved in any one of the pieces you make. I also point out that you provide a number of price ranges. In addition, the tree provides a wonderful diversion to the couch, chair, etc. for scratching purposes, and the pleasure we receive from watching them tumbling and playing is worth it to us.
It's always a pleasure to do business with a first class company! You should all feel quite proud of working for Angelical. I will forever sing the praises of your product and the people that I've encountered in (and through) your organization.
