Dear Angelical Cat Company, I received my P3 cat tree on February 8, and I had to write and tell you how pleased I am. I called before Christmas to ask some questions about the cat trees. From that very first call you were patient, courteous and interested in my specific needs. Your company is one of the few mail order companies that has ever told me you needed to ask me some questions about my cats first because some of the trees better than others for bigger cats. When I expressed interest in a combination of blue and cream berber carpeting, you told me that blue berber was not always available, but you would call in that day and tell them to hold some if it came in. I understood and said all cream would be fine -- but sure enough when it arrived -- it had blue and cream berber! You also told me you were heavily back ordered by then and it might not come until early February. I was pleasantly surprised in the last week of January when you called to tell me it was done and being shipped the next day. You offered to give me the PRO number so I could check when it would arrive locally. Again, true to your word, you called back 2 days later with the PRO number. I sincerely appreciate your commitment to excellence, quality and your integrity -- everything you said you would do, you did! So I would gladly recommend your company and your products to anyone. Two more things you kept your word about. When I talked to you on the phone I said my 12 year old cat probably wouldn't be able to climb to the top but she would like the tunnel and the first perch. You said that she might because your 14 year old cat loved to go to the top. I have enclosed 2 pictures so you can see -- my 12 year old tabby is on the very top perch! And my Norwegian Forest cat is in the pagoda. The other picture shows one of my 12 year old's favorite perches. She acts like the queen of everything from there! The other thing is that your cat trees are like cat magnets -- my Norwegian, Shalom, was climbing up from the bottom as I tried to unwrap the plastic. Dear Angelical Cat, Our tree arrived just before the new year. I was very excited about its pending arrival and couldn't wait to present it to the kitties! When it arrived, I was extremely happy with its appearance and impressed by its construction. I even climbed on it (130 lbs SH! secret ...). As you can see in the photo, all 7 of our cats love the tree. At any given "sleep" time, there are always between 3 to 5 cats in the tree. Our oldest cat is not as agile as our younger cats. An accident broke a hind leg and displaced his pelvis, although both injuries have healed well. He knows his limitations and only uses the 2 lower perches, with the help of the couch to attain the 2nd perch. Everyone else is up and down the tree like squirrels! Dear Angelical Cat Co., I'm not sure if this is where I should send this, but we just wanted to thank you for the great tree & this is your only email address, so . . . Our tree arrived about 2 weeks ago & was an immediate hit! Corky immediately jumped up into the pagoda & was soon rolling around (scenting) the perches. Pandora (who is a little overweight & not as agile) used the lower perches to get up to the top. We lined the trees up, with that scratching post we bought from you 8 months ago on 1 end, a store bought tree in the middle & the new tree on the other end. They LOVE it! They jump from 1 tree to the next, chasing each other, hiding in the tunnel, etc. We're especially happy to see Pandora getting her exercise jumping perches to get to the top. She hasn't climbed to the top of the old tree in a year as it's not as stable as she'd like it to be. Now she can & does. She's definately more active with the new tree. Corky loves anything high, so we knew he'd love the tree. But, he's found a new game - hide & seek/peekaboo. He lies on 1 of the top perches & bats at whatever toy we're playing with through the hole in the pagoda roof. A couple of times, I've seen him get so into rolling around on the perches that he's almost fallen off! Once again, thank you! Corky & Pandora mommy, Gwyn Martin

Thank you for your expertise in aiding my purchase of your P3 and (wow) P7 cat trees. They are all that I expected and more. The experts (cats) agree, and have been swarming over the new trees. Spook has usurped the top bed and has defended it fiercely. Every time I look at them, there is a cat (at least one) on the trees at one level or another. There are little claw hulls scattered about the trees. They are happy and I am happy. I will recommend Angelical to any cat friendly friend I know. Thanks again. Pat Guarneri   We bought a cat tree from you about a year ago and I never had the opportunity to let you know my cats are madly in love with it. We have bought cat trees in the past from the local "Pet Warehouse" and they would just fall apart in about six months. Both my guys are about 16 pounds a piece and they usually rip apart anything we get them in no time at all. Because of the high quality of the construction my guys have done little to no damage to it. I have referred you to many of my friends and family that are looking at buying a cat tree or stand.
