Dear Angelical Cat Company,
I received my P3 cat tree on February 8, and I had to write and tell you how pleased I am.
I called before Christmas to ask some questions about the cat trees. From that very first call you were patient, courteous and interested in my specific needs. Your company is one of the few mail order companies that has ever told me you needed to ask me some questions about my cats first because some of the trees better than others for bigger cats.
When I expressed interest in a combination of blue and cream berber carpeting, you told me that blue berber was not always available, but you would call in that day and tell them to hold some if it came in. I understood and said all cream would be fine -- but sure enough when it arrived -- it had blue and cream berber!
You also told me you were heavily back ordered by then and it might not come until early February. I was pleasantly surprised in the last week of January when you called to tell me it was done and being shipped the next day. You offered to give me the PRO number so I could check when it would arrive locally. Again, true to your word, you called back 2 days later with the PRO number.
I sincerely appreciate your commitment to excellence, quality and your integrity -- everything you said you would do, you did! So I would gladly recommend your company and your products to anyone.
Two more things you kept your word about. When I talked to you on the phone I said my 12 year old cat probably wouldn't be able to climb to the top but she would like the tunnel and the first perch. You said that she might because your 14 year old cat loved to go to the top. I have enclosed 2 pictures so you can see -- my 12 year old tabby is on the very top perch! And my Norwegian Forest cat is in the pagoda.
The other picture shows one of my 12 year old's favorite perches. She acts like the queen of everything from there! The other thing is that your cat trees are like cat magnets -- my Norwegian, Shalom, was climbing up from the bottom as I tried to unwrap the plastic.
