Good morning Robin -
Well, there's one happy cat in Texas this morning!
Merlin loves the Stackems! As soon as I got each one out of its wrapping (no small task!),
he was climbing on it and sniffing it. From the amount of smelling he did, I am quite sure
that Merlin is now thoroughly acquainted with the people who made the Stackems!
After I got them set up, he and I played "Cat and Mouse" with a stuffed toy and he went running up
and down the towers after the mouse. Later in the evening, he took a long nap in the oval bed - is
that the one called the cradle? I am happy to have provided him with an interesting new area to
play and lounge on. After all, he deserves it!
The two sets, stacked next to each other in my living room are a bit overwhelming in terms of their size,
so I am thinking about separating them. I could put three on one side of the room and three on the
other. I also think that I don't want to back them up into a corner because that will cut off the use of the sides and back of the stackem - Merlin (and my new
kittens) would only be able to climb up one or two sides. We'll see - I am not the most creative decorator!
Mostly, I wanted to tell you how happy I am with my purchase - and Merlin is also quite pleased! Please thank the person or people who actually made the Stackems for me.
All of the pieces arrived safely - the packaging was intact, if a little dirty around the edges. The Stackems were protected from scuffs and dirt.
