OK, can I say FABULOUS?!Got the B-4 tree today and Eddie and I were totally floored - the rustic
look is beautiful, like a cropping of trees growing in our living room, and unlike other cat
furniture we've bought (and then returned), I'm not at ALL ashamed to have a big ole cat tree
in my living room...this thing is practically art. I love it! It's cool to look at - the deep
beige berber is totally "natural" looking next to the bark - on top of being fun for our two
Himalayans.
The real test of whether it was worth it was totally put to rest when our cats saw the tree for
the first time. Immediately when we slid it out of the packaging, our male flame point, Sam-a-Sun
(think Japanese sumo wrestler) and his baby sister, Mini Minette (our "bitty baby"), began to sniff
and swirl around it like crazy. They somehow knew it was for them and instantly began sniffing,
kneading and climbing on it before we could move it to it's intended spot. They were so into
checking it out that they didn't care that we were still trying to move it into the living room!
Instead of being spooked, they liked it so much, they just decided to take the ride from our foyer
to the living room and deal with us as we shifted it around few times. :)
And, even though they are very small cats (teacup himis from Cozy Kittens weighing 4-5ish pounds
each), they were able to move up the perches without too much effort - just a hop. By the time
we had to leave back for work, you could have sworn they were jungle-cats, the way they were all
over that tree! It's great!
Thanks so much for the care your guys took in making our tree. The deeper beige berber and the textured bark were both purrfect and we couldn't be more pleased. It's nicer than anything we've ever seen at the pet stores - totally unique and really cool. Thanks!
