Thank you so much for getting the clothesline to us quickly for Stella's 1st birthday. This is our third piece from your Angelical Cats the quality always exceeds my expectations so does the customer service. I was surprised by the size it will be a wonderful source of entertainment for my 8 cats (Ages from 1 thru 10). When we opened the box and set it up of course they were more interested in the box but as soon as we got rid of the box they were all over it. I was trying to take pictures but it was mayhem each trying to claim the tree as their own.( I enclosed some pictures not the greatest maybe when they calm down a little I can take a better one).

I received our clothesline condo in excellent condition - ready to be played with.... This is the photo I took of our 5 foster kitties. 3 have been turned in and we still have 2 of the smallest ones. I hope you enjoy this picture.

Dear A.C.C.,
I've had your Clothesline for a little while and we just love it! My handsome male Russian Blue named Moon, couldn't wait to attack it as soon as I wrestled it out of the box. He saw the swinging clothesline with the fluffy bulbs on it and before I could even move the box out of the living room he had all four paws wrapped around a clothesline bulb and was swinging around on it with his back slightly dragging on the ground. He's up & down & all around this thing! No catnip was required to entice him to try it, just look at those green eyes filled with excitement. The Clothesline is also frequently used as a landing spot when he dives off of one of his cat trees or the humans entertainment center. Superb quality product. This blows away anything you might even remotely consider buying from any of the pet stores. Your items may cost a little more, but there's NO comparison to the cheap stuff sold elsewhere. Thanks again, we're two pleased customers indeed!

I just received my third piece from your company. Yesterday, the clothesline was
delivered and I just gotten it out of the packaging and my nine month old was flying up
through the hole and had claimed the top. All in under one minute of opening it.
This summer I hope to order the P6 and my house should be complete for my cats.
All four love all of your products. Also, great job on packing!

Dear Robin,
It is such a coincidence to hear from you, as I just mailed out some more pictures
of the cats with the scratching post. Anyway, I have to tell you-they love the oval bed.
And,just like you say in your brochure...they hang upside down through the holes on the
top shelf of the "clothesline"...it cracks me up! I can't emphasize
how happy I am with the quality of your furniture.

Dear Alan,
Just a note to let you know that the Clothesline Play Piece arrived yesterday
morning, well packed and in perfect condition. It is really beautiful! One of my two
cats immediately climbed up the center post, hoisted him up through one of the holes of
the platform, and looked around as though he were a king observing his domain.
This is such a wonderful piece of cat furniture! When I move, or even before that, I
will buy a cat tree from your company. All of your kitty furniture is beautiful, and I
know my cats would enjoy climbing on one of the trees, enormously.

The workmanship is fantastic. Your catalog does NOT exaggerate at all about
the pieces or the fact that the cats take to them immediately.

Subject: My Cat Clothesline
Angelical Cat Co. called me yesterday 3/22 to let me know that my clothesline furniture
was on its way. I was disappointed because I thought that I would be getting it that
day, I just had a feeling I would. I think I forgot to tell the nice lady that called
"thank you". I asked about the cheese wedge, it wasn't shipped yet. Well I received my
clothesline today and am extremely happy, it is bigger than I thought it would be. Now
I am really anxious for the cheese wedge to get here. thank you for being patient with
an impatient customer.
