Shipping About the Contemporary Two LineThe Contemporary Two line is very attractive and our cats absolutely love it. The trees have an airy look about them and feature long stretches of carpeted posts that are great for scratching and climbing. The lower condos are 16" round with a recessed bed on top. Each condo has 8" diameter openings in the front and on top. The round beds are 14" and 16" in diameter - big enough for cats 25 lbs. or more.
You may choose one or two carpet colors, from both plush and berber weaves. Note that while berber
carpet is fine for components such as beds and condos, we do not recommend berber carpet posts since cats can
get their claws stuck in the loops as they are climbing. For more information about

Like all of our product lines, these cat trees are well-balanced, heavy, and tip-proof. They are stair-step friendly so that older and declawed cats can easily climb up and down. At the same time, rambunctious young cats can climb straight up the long posts to get plenty of exercise. We get a kick out of watching our younger cats climb up the tall posts, curl around them like ferrets, and then plop into the beds. |
All posts are carpeted, and at least one post in every Contemporary Two Model is wrapped
with 2 vertical feet of sisal carpet. On some models, 2 vertical feet of sisal carpet can be added
to another post. The WB4, WCB4, WCT2-2B and WCT3-2B models have two posts that are partially wrapped with
sisal carpet. Unlike the Rustic and Contemporary One lines, wood posts are not available in this line.
